      Javeshnev Aimee Rivera-Azua, M.S., M.A.Ed., M.S.H.A.P.I. is an educational leader, instructional coach, and creative entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in STEM education, program development, and instructional innovation. As the founder of Azua Designs LLC, she brings together her expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), EdTech integration, curriculum design, and data-driven instruction to create impactful educational solutions for schools, educators, and organizations.


      Throughout her career, Javeshnev has served as a Science and Math Instructional Coach, Department Chair, District STEM/STEAM Coordinator, and school administrator, leading initiatives that improve instructional quality and student outcomes. She successfully managed $2.6 million in grant funding as part of a $12.5 million multi-school STEM magnet program, supporting large-scale implementation of interdisciplinary curricula, technology integration, and performance-based learning systems. Her work includes designing professional development programs, coaching educators through implementation cycles, and developing standards-aligned instructional resources used across diverse learning environments.


       In addition to her leadership in education, Javeshnev is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in graphic design, multimedia design, and videography with a focus on educational leadership and STEM/STEAM fields, including science, mathematics, engineering, technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, and medicine. Her creative work translates complex concepts into visually engaging, accessible experiences that support both teaching and learning.


       As co-owner of Azua Designs LLC alongside her sister, she contributes to the company’s artistic and strategic vision through both digital and physical creations. Together, they blend education, technology, and artistry—offering digital, professional development, consulting, scalable program development, template and icon design, graphic and multimedia art, and handcrafted jewelry inspired by creativity, science, and empowerment. Her work is driven by a commitment to innovation, creativity, and excellence—empowering educators and creatives to design meaningful, engaging, and transformative experiences.
Liliana Reyes-Azua Profile

Liliana Reyes-Azua 


       Liliana Reyes-Azua is pursuing an Associate of Science in Motion Picture Production Technology (Production Concentration) at Palm Beach State College. She has created multiple short films and b-roll projects in collaboration with peers and has earned recognition through participation in film competitions, including winning a local film festival.


        A multidisciplinary creative, Liliana is also a jewelry designer and bead artist who blends nature-inspired, esoteric, and gothic elements into cohesive, visually striking designs. As a key creative force behind the company, she leads and contributes to filmography, videography, photography, and visual storytelling, with experience in lighting, set design, graphic design, and documentary-style production. Her work reflects a strong artistic vision grounded in atmosphere, detail, and immersive aesthetics.


      In addition to her creative work, Liliana has several years of experience as a Camp Counselor, Aftercare Counselor, Childcare Worker, and Inventory Distribution Manager, supporting K–12 students in both school and summer camp settings. In these roles, she developed skills in STEM/robotics facilitation, communication, leadership, inventory management, and youth engagement. She brings patience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to both educational and creative environments.
